My Story with BlogBing: From Promises to Disappointment

My Story with BlogBing: From Promises to Disappointment

Today I want to share my experience as a customer of BlogBing, the WordPress hosting company run by Saurabh Chauhan. I am truly disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and broken promises from this company.

Some time ago, I decided to take advantage of a lifetime deal for WordPress hosting subscriptions at BlogBing for GetWPinfy. It seemed like an incredible opportunity, and I trusted that I would receive excellent service. For a time it was, however, it has all turned out to be a big letdown.

Recently, BlogBing announced its shutdown, which was a hard blow for me as a customer. But what has really disappointed me is that they promised to refund all the customers who purchased a lifetime plan deducting an amount for the time I have used the deal.

Here is the mail telling me that they were going to close and refund:

As requested by Blogbing I sent a form:

Here is the mail that confirmed I had send the form.

As you can see, they told me that they would refund before 31 august 2023.

I received another email repeating the time schedule for the refunding.

I wrote a mail the 6th september 2023 telling them my refund had not been processed.

I got this answer

Since that announcement, I have been patiently waiting for my refund, but to this day, I have not received my money and I have not received any other response from them.

I have tried to contact BlogBing through email and social media, but they have been completely unresponsive. They have not answered any of my messages, and that makes me feel ignored and undervalued as a customer.

I understand that companies can face difficulties and eventually close down, but that doesn’t justify the lack of communication and the failure to fulfill promises. As a customer, I deserve to be informed and receive the refund that was promised to me.

I am not sharing this experience to harm the reputation of BlogBing or Saurabh Chauhan but to have a fair solution to a problem I did not create.

I think companies have to stay true to their promises and treat their customers with respect. I hope that BlogBing and Saurabh Chauhan reflect on this and take action to rectify the situation.

I appreciate everyone who has taken the time to read my experience. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can resolve this situation, I would be happy to hear them.

Thank you and have a great day!
